「Friendly housekeeper 」

「早餐美味，房間尚算整潔，可惜偏细及沒有空調，我們房窗外也沒有景觀，沒有电梯，行李上房困難，泊車方便！有海灘景，職員冇禮！」

Also concerning: the hotel took full credit card details, including the security code (CVV), and wrote them down on a piece of paper, which is unsafe practice. 「We knowingly booked a small room. The room itself was clean and decent enough. It was an extremely hot day so could have done with A/C or at least a better fan than that provided. The bathroom was too tiny to be practical. There was no shelf in the tiny shower and there was not enough room to bend down and pick shower gel off the floor. Overall the price was very reasonable so we were not expecting the world. Staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.」
