Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.」

「An excellent establishment where have stayed many times. As with all hospitality businesses there are occasional issues however, they are dealt with correctly as and when they do occur.」

「We used this a base for the beachyhead marathon. Was perfect for our needs. No lift though so expect to be tackling multiple flights of stairs through the labyrinthine property. It was very reasonably priced for location. Though that does translate to the amenities, but if you are looking for a short stay budget option with a bar open 24 hours for guests and 24 acess to pizza, its a great shout and will save you a few quid. Its about 5 or 10 minutes from some excellent local pubs....
