「I don't recommend you to stay here. The low rating is not for their staff and service, nor for the cleanliness, but for the old facilities of the house. 「We had a lovely time at the Village B&B,our hostess was great,friendly,knowledgeable about Boston and very helpful with directions to trains,a very short walk from house ,and where we wanted to be in the city.The house and gardens are beautiful and very comfortable,breakfast was delicious and plentyful,we made full use of the garden and the little village has lovely shops and eateries, cant fault anything .」

「It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The owner personally serves her customers and makes them feel at home. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was family style; my scrambled eggs were delicious. However the breakfast cost was extra. Also, I didn't have a bathroom in my room, but using the shared bathroom wasn't a problem at all. The area around the hotel is all residential, but you can easily walk to restaurants, transportation, or enjoy the nature near the Boston Reservoir....

The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」
