「It’s the best choice in the heart of Sydney. All staffs have great professional service and nice to treat you. They are always smile and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s just let me feel stay at home. I would like to thank Rita, Sara and all bellboys. I would love to come back again.」

「Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and spacious. The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store...

「Prime locationa and easy access to anywhere downtown. Close to the bus stops (just opposite to the hotel) which was very convenient when we wanted to go to Bondi Beach or other places. The room was spacious and the park view was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!」

「spacious comfortable room, but near railway track and the room does have ear plugs. Free Wifi is limited to only 3 hours a day. $30/day for parking so just park on street.」

「The location is perfect. Near to Darling Harbour and the public transportation. The room is big and the beds are super comfy. The only downside is the window not fully sound proof. We can hear cars roaring down the street sometimes.」

「Always no staff to pick up calls for housekeeping」

「The cleanning service was concerned! The used towels were not discard, instead the staff put it back to the shelf and pretend to be a new one. bed sheet was not changed for consegative 4 days! the toliet paper was not refilled! And one day a staff kicked our door for cleaning service at 8 am, does it make sense? Besides, as flights will fly near the hotel, the noise is disturbing. The only advantage if the hotel is it is really close to metro station. 」

「Great stay but the guest of the grand hotel should be able to park there for free 」

「Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home. 」
