"Clean room. Nice modern decor. "

"Being woken up for nearly 20 minutes at night due to a basic maintenance failure (fire alarm going off from low battery), especially with a 4-year-old in the room, is unacceptable. We paid a premium price expecting a comfortable and restful stay, and instead had a very poor experience. This response does not address the inconvenience we faced, and it’s disappointing for a first stay at this property. This is not the level of service we expected. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Our suite was nice and clean. The hotel has many amenities and entertainment. "

"The room was not very clean, dirty mirrors, hair in bathroom, and stained bedding. The rooms were run down with peeling wallpaper and dents everywhere. Some staff were really short with us, while others were helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the pool even though it didnt seem to be well heated. Beautiful palm trees , fun for kids to watch planes fly low over pool, and lovely walking circle around pool. The whole place really smelt of cigarette smoke and if your staying with kids know you will have to walk through the casino to get anywhere. Not sure why we were being charged a resort fee, it was definitely not one. Stay if you dont care about sanitary features and want to stay close to the airport ... and might get to use the shuttle. "The Tuscany Suites & Casino hotel is FANTASTIC ! This is our second time staying at this hotel, and for sure won’t be the last. They are your best option of a hotel not situated on the Strip, but still within walking distance to it in a few minutes. It’s comfortable, clean, with free parking, a kind staff, a small fridge, all their rooms are spacious suites. The only thing I have to mention, I think could improve their rooms is the addition of a small microwave."

"Housekeeping were real nice, the front desk were kinda rude especially the male that was working on the 3rd when i checked in, came early to see if early check in was possible was told no to come back at 3 then when i came back at 3 they told me they only had smoking rooms when i booked an upgraded no smoking room and then was given a room with 2 full beds which limited the space since the rooms are already small, overall not a great experience and would not recommend this hotel and lots of unsavory people hanging at the property, even homeless people sleeping on the stairs like wth!!"

"Floor was filthy, remote control was sticky, very dirty, hair dryer was very hot on low and started sparking, burn/fire hazard. Not able to swim because pool was not heated but was in the upper 80’s outside. Photos/description did not show it was a ‘motel’, with exterior room doors . Appeared in photos the rooms were a ‘hotel’, room exit to an indoor hallway. "
