Positives: Great location. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and met our expectations. Negatives: The dishwasher was broken during our stay. While the property manager was helpful and washed dishes upon request, we had specifically chosen this place over others for its kitchen and dishwasher amenities—so a partial refund or credit would have been appreciated. Also, the kitchen was understocked for a family of six, with only three bowls available, which made mealtimes inconvenient.

Will not be going back.

First they lost my reservation. Then when I finally got to my room is was not very well cleaned. Lots of dust under the beds and tables. There was no TV in the main bedroom and no jetted tub like it stated. Two of the beds were missing bed sheets and there was not enough blankets. When I tried calling the front desk for more blankets and clean sheets I was told no. They refused bc apparently they don’t own the specific room.

Avoid at all cost!

This experience has been a nightmare: everything was handled by poor automatic messaging systems and offshore teams, making the process a nightmare. Absolutely no possibilities on site to talk to someone that could help us. Location of the hotel is perfect, however extremely old and poorly maintained. -Since the booking, I had to send multiple times lists of guests, check-in/out times, deposit CC info, with no confirmation of receipt, making the process stressful - Had asynchronous email conversations with at least 7 different team members - Early check in request was granted months before the trip date, and did not happen - Late check out request was granted months before the trip date, and did not happen (house cleaning crew coming in 2 min after check out time - Extremely old looking and poorly maintained suite: holes on walls, stains every where, leaking showers. - One bed was missing - After 2 hours on the phone + chat + emails + conversations with the building reception and security, no solution was provided. Offshore customer service over the phone was terrible. Relocation team over the phone was terrible - The unit was privately owned, and rented through hotel.com. The building management had no way to support us - Dirty towels, dirty mattresses, not enough comforters for each bed - No spa services -Jacuzzi was filthy When contacted after the stay, I was accused of extortion. Worst booking experience ever.

We had a great stay. Each room was spacious and clean. The two bathrooms really came in handy with so many people. And having a full fridge to store leftovers and drinks were perfect. The walk to the Cosmopolitan casino took about 7-10 minutes and the entrance to the Jockey Club elevators were pretty far from the front of the Cosmopolitan. We recommend asking the taxi driver or Uber driver to drop you off at the second entrance to the Jockey Club that’s just a bit further down. But we always felt super safe walking back to our room and the walk back (either outside or inside) was very well lit at all times. I would stay here again. In fact I’ll check this room first when I come back to Vegas. Also get the towel service. The owners are super friendly and drop off the towels themselves.
