「They were so lovely. It was my anniversary with my partner and they organised the room so nicely and they gave us a bottle of Prosecco and some lovely cakes. Balloons everywhere and rose petals. We honestly loved it all! Everyone was lovely and polite the room was clean. The spa was clean I would definitely come back. 」

「Modern design, convenient location with two nearby underground stations i.e. Aldgate and Tower Hill that allow you to go everywhere in London. Mini bar is complimentary and all staff in particular Katia is considerate, friendly and willing to offer advice on transportation and attractions. A hotel that will make your stay in London comfortable and memorable.」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「Nice breakfast buffet which my kids really enjoyed. Good location as it's only a few minutes walk from the Canary Wharf tube station, and it's easy to get to Heathrow too with the new Elizabeth Line. Staff are very friendly and helpful, though the shower was slightly weak. It's a very good hotel overall. 」

「The hotel looks and feels good. Numerous bus stops nearby will get you most places, grocery store downstairs. Basic breakfast. Security guard on every floor was odd. Rude staff. 」
