"Hotel 81 Tristar was in an excellent location. It was close enough to the city that we could easily travel to attractions but far away enough that we felt like we were surrounded by normal Singaporean people.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was a good size and clean."

"This property is gorgeous, but It’s just in a really weird area. I think there is a huge industry complex in-front the hotel, so make sure you get a room with a pool view. I love the shuttle service to the property, & I love that they had shuttle service into the city part of Singapore, but I just wished they had a drop off in the city at 8:30, 9, or 9:30 on a Fri ir Saturday night, considering there isn’t much to do at the property at night. I loved the pool, the golf course, the tennis court! The golf store they had was really cool. It would be cool if they had a movie night outside on a big screen or something fun to do after sundown. The morning buffet was the highlight though! When I checked in there was a plate left outside of someone’s room which was fine, but when I checked out the next day… that same plate was still in the hallway. So I couldn’t give this hotel a 5 star rating on cleanliness. "
"The front desk team was incredibly helpful, friendly and empathic to our botched travel plans. They were very accommodating and helped make our situation so much better by providing a very pleasant and helpful experience at the hotel. The breakfasts were also great and the staff in the restaurant was equally kind and hospitable. "
"Very friendly and nice staff. Arriving 4:30 early morning and the staff gave us 1pm check out. At 11pm, my son still soundly asleep so I went to the reception and asked for another hour or two as our next flight is after midnight, the young lad at the reception gave me another 3 hours stay for free, which is a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel, from staff service and great location to get local food at a very cheap price, and not far from the airport. I'm looking forward to stay again here on my next travel."

It was a super busy day so lobby was packed with guests but despite the hectic pace jenny was warm as always.
Such a joy to see henry too,really appreciate how they always remmber guest preference abd do their best to take care of me.
