「Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.」

「Our room door would stick and was hard to open when we tried to go in and out. We had a chair in our room that was broken and I stopped at the front desk to let them know and they said it would get taken care of but no one came to give us a chair we could sit in. There was a sign saying they were going to replace the hallway carpet a month before we got there but it had not been changed and was loose and very easy to trip on. 「Checked in, went to my room to find someone in the bed, tiptoed out went to front desk to let them know, they apologized several times and gave me another room. Key card didn't work 2nd night and had to go get it reactivated. Room was very clean, well stocked!! Couldn't get the bathtub to drain. Slept great!!!!」

「Room appeared clean and bed was comfortable.Remote for tv did not work, but manager fixed it. Walls were thin and we could hear the tv and people in the room next to us. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The outdoor area is not clean or straightened up like it appears in the photos. The cushions were dirty with bird poop and stained, the furniture was askew, and the atmosphere was not relaxing…very noisy. The breakfast was disappointing.」

「Wi-fi issues for two days. I called the number they gave me on day two and they needed my IP address. Did have wi-fi that night. Front desk did tell me about another guest unable to get wi-fi too. System problem not hotel issue. 4 unsupervised children under 12 playing football in pool while my three grandchildren were trying to have fun in the pool.
