「The room that I was in had an oder that would not leave even after spraying a can of lysol. The sealant around the tub and faucet had mold that needed to be addressed also.」

We mentioned this was bothersome and they said they could move us but the asked if we had used the bathroom and acted that if we had it would need to be recleaned so we never moved. Came back later to find water all over floor and they gave us towels to clean it up ourselves.」

「Our only complaint was the limited toilet paper. When we arrived to the motel, all we had was about a fourth of a roll left and no stock of extras. However, when a staff member asked if we needed anything the next morning, she was very quick to give us a new roll. We enjoyed the Roku that was provided in the room. Parking was adequate and right outside our motel room. The location of the motel was conveniently right next to Casey’s and just a quick walk down the street from the town amenities....

「Room was clean. The lady that checked us in was super nice and very patient with me. I had my service dog with me and she didn’t bat an eye. The next morning we were packing the car and the staff wouldn’t let me back in due to the dog. I walked around and went in the main entrance and he threw a fit about the dog and said the registration for the service dog didn’t matter that there are no pets allowed. The way he ran at me was very disrespectful and was very triggering for my PTSD. My attorneys...
