「The room that I was in had an oder that would not leave even after spraying a can of lysol. The sealant around the tub and faucet had mold that needed to be addressed also.」

「My Expedia reservation was cancelled by the hotel manager without informing me. I had arrived at Cobblestone Inn, ready to check in after a day of traveling, only to be told my reservation had been cancelled, they had no rooms to rebook me, and they could not help me in any way. Expedia was great about refunding my money, which I appreciated.」

But fire pit was blocked off and un usable, hot tub was broke and couldn't be used, fan in bathroom was extremely loud, went to check in and no one was around. Waited for 15 min before someone finally arrived at desk. Breakfast gets cleaned up right away. So dont be 1 minute late. She picked it up as we were trying to get food. Definitely not worth the money.」

The next morning we were packing the car and the staff wouldn’t let me back in due to the dog. I walked around and went in the main entrance and he threw a fit about the dog and said the registration for the service dog didn’t matter that there are no pets allowed.
