「This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. 「Room was perfect for escaping the bright morning sun and warm temperatures for a night. Almost absolute darkness, silence and air conditioning in a room that felt really well thought out - a small space well used. Staff were friendly and everything was spotless Only minor issues was that there was no instructions for the air con (although I’m sure if I’d asked they would have helped - found quickly online) and the side door you go out after 11 isn’t as well signposted as it could have be....

「Single traveller, using the hotel as a half way stop during a long journey. Stayed just for one night. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant were absolutely fantastic. Knew my name and used it, I felt like their most important customer, even though the hotel/restaurant seemed busy.
