「Stayed one night of our road trip. Had a balcony room. The balcony was full of spiderwebs and not well maintained. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Gave four stars because of the balcony.」

「No outdoor outlets for evs and the neighborhood isn’t great, but we didn’t have any issues otherwise. $75 pet fee in addition to $125 deposit was exorbitant! Even worse was the fact that the fee wasn’t mentioned until check-in and even then wasn’t detailed anywhere in writing, so they could pretty much charge whatever they wanted, which is shady as hell. The pool was small but clean, the room and beds were clean, and the breakfast was excellent.」

「A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...

「The coffee was awful. The coffee pot wasn't a kuerig. You couldn't go to the dollar store and buy coffee for this pot. It wasn't even a regular coffee pot. There was no Microwave in the room. Needs updated.」
