「Cnoc Hotel is a gem! We booked it last minute. Duncan is an amazing host and chef! Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the cozy fire in library was icing on the cake. To Expedia team - please fix the link on your site to point to the proper address. Using google maps directly searching the name works, but the link on your site routes to the middle of town. 」

「It is quite a small room with one single bed and a bunk bed. The lower bunk bed is too narrow and the height between the two decks is too short. I cannot sit up on it. I have to crawl into the bed and slip out of it every time. So you can imagine the feeling when you sleep on the lower bunk bed and the upper bed is so close to your face. It is really the hostel facilities but the rate is close to a hotel or even more expensive than many of them. 」

「If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!」
