「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. 「This was probably one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in a while. The room was clean and spacious, lobby was nice, and the hallways had cool murals of sea creatures. But the little things stood out too. The soaps and shampoos smelled really good. There were many cubbies and shelves for a family to use. The towels were soft. The associates were helpful and funny. The location was perfect for our aquarium visit and close to some real tasty local restaurants. I’d be very glad to stay here...
