「Perfect stay other than staff when checking out! Asked to link to Hilton rewards and she told me I couldn’t due to booking through Expedia (rudely) although multiple of other hotels have done it in the past. 」

「Everything was great, with the exception of the access to WIFI. The hotel requires us to become a member of some kind of group in order to access the internet for free, which I did not accept since I don't want my data to be shared with a third party. Therefore, I did not have access to the hotel's WIFI. 」

「It was a okay hotel would stay there again simple thing that could of been fixed didn’t get resolved such as us not having hot water and fridge not working when telling front desk they had maintenance come up immediately He ran the water for a few minutes and got warm but nothing more. He said housekeeping would come give us a new fridge. They never came the next morning I mentioned it again, and I was ignored other than that it was an OK property with amazing city view.」

「Exceptional stay! Hotel was super clean with a wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed visiting the Red Eye Diner! That is a MUST. Valet was easy & convenient versus self parking. We had an awesome view of the center of Charlotte. Location was ideal with several restaurant and bars within walking distance. 」

「Customer service at check-in was top notch, very clean and up-to-date rooms made the stay wonderful. The on-site restaurant offered delicioys food options, and Horace was so kind and provided excellent customer service. Located in a great area to offer other restaurant options. Will definitely stay here again!」
