「This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...

「The manual shade didn’t cover the window all the way and there were no curtains so light came through in the morning. There were cobwebs on the wall and ceiling corner. No new roll of toilet paper. Body wash dispenser was nearly empty when we arrived and we didn’t discover this until we were in the shower. Room and hotel have absolutely no character or style. Pool closed too early. Hallways were loud.」

「When we got in the room it appeared to be clean. We were on the first floor in room 101. The window was unlocked which was unsettling. We got over that and then there were worms of some sort that were coming in under the door. We will not be staying there again.」

Even tho I was a hr away from home when it broke down,and the store I went to load more money on my cards so I could pay for a Lyftkkuúūmachine wasn't working, trying to carry a bunch of bags plus my lil dog was on a leash, and my phone died while I was checking in the room I had already paid for on Expedia he wouldn't let me use one of the...

「Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...
