「The room was very clean. The Breakfast was very well done. Was a great place for our 2 dogs. They had a very nice secluded grassy area for the dogs. And the staff did a great job of emptying the dog poo bins! People seemed to clean up after their dogs as well. Was very close to downtown, only a couple miles, so convenient. Had just been remodeled, and it was very nice and clean.」

「The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, but the location was not near the ma8n area of the River Arts District, and getting there was very confusing. We had to drive to the restaurants and exhibits which was not as expected. Staff was unhelpful and young, and not always at the front desk when needed. Breakfast closed before the posted time.」

「The Jacuzzi was broken. It was disappointing. The pool wall is cracked and broken. It was scary. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was comparatively poor quality.」

「Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...
