「Before we book，we called the reception to inform that we have 2 young children,9y&6y, and they didn't tell us there is an additional 20USD for children,but after we arrived, the reception asked for 20USD for my children. I accepted it, but not happy about this.」

We are looking forward to the next time we can stay at this at this cabin. We have been going to Big Bear for many years and this cabin was so much better that a hotel room.」

「The entire stay was amazing! Clean rooms, kind staff, and the hot breakfast daily was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for anything better when going to the area. It’s also a fair distance from Big Bear Lake which is why we stayed in the area! The hotel is also a very short walk away from so many different things, shops, stores, you name it! I will definitely be returning to this hotel if I go back to this area, worth it, we felt very very safe! 」
