「Beautiful hotel, nice big rooms. Our front desk employee checking us in was great noticed we were right by the elevator and chose to move us to a quieter area which we appreciated. Nice gym area there as well. Only downside is paying for parking. Paying over 300/night-- overnight parking should be included. 」

「My stay at the AC Hotel Portland was absolutely amazing. Convenient valet parking, friendly and welcoming front desk staff, gorgeous room with a harbor view, clean, quiet, safe, and walkable to many restaurants. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night. I will definitely be back! 」

「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」
