. Cons: A little worn around the edges. Threadbare chairs in the rooms. Torn draperies. My first room had lukewarm water in shower and I had to be moved the next day - lucky there was an available room. Front desk staff pleasant but not exceptionally helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a well refurbished and remodeled old-fashioned motel outside stairs and the look from the 50s and 60s. The rooms were tastefully redone, clean, and immaculate.. The area where it looks like it used to be a swimming pool is now a sitting barbecue area across the parking lot, which looks very inviting. I would stay at Ocean Palms again when I’m in Pismo
