You can not beat the location, literally just a few steps from beach access and a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Pismo. What it lacks in up to date decor it more than makes up for in staff friendliness ...

Only thing good about the stay was that it was a few blocks from the beach. Poor condition of room. Not alot of parking. No real amenities in room. Will not stay here again.
