「I like the room it was nice but I had to go upstairs which was hard for me with my disability, when I requested a ground floor room I was denied the change without any explanation. The staffing was horrible they didn’t refill the toilettes, towels, and water etc. I love the scenery of the property and the poolsides I really enjoyed it although the staff was very rude when asking questions about anything. Only one male supervisor was nice he assisted me up the stairs and helped me with my...

「地点非常好，床褥用品非常舒服，美中不足就是水有点怪味」

「The property itself is being renovated. Rooms are clean, pool on site. The only negative was the $150US damage deposit. I put it on my credit card. And it was to be credited upon our departure. It was credited, but they only returned $138US and claimed it was the difference in exchange. It was a deposit and the like amount should be returned.」

「Staff helpful」

「I just booked my next trip, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to return! My previous stay was comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The entire experience left a lasting impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a place where they can truly relax and feel at home. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate — this is definitely a place worth experiencing! I’m already looking...

「I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights」

「Very nice stay」

「Lots of free access for kids. Rooms were much smaller than expected for the price and it took guest services very long to deliver items」

「Overall a very nice experience where also Locals can enjoy at preferred rate.」

「Nice stay and is a good place stay, host is a big help!」

「Even though you can tell the property is older, the room we had was perfect! We had a full kitchen with a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. Our room was spotless and when housekeeping came through they cleaned up well. The bed was really confortable. The shower is small though. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The pools were decent, especially the one with the two slides for the kids. There are a few places to eat closeby, they are walkable.」

「Beautiful long weekend stay.. this place exceeded all our expectations. The staff couldn’t be more attentive and accommodating. Can’t wait to be back!」
