「Parking is offsite yet I do not recall any mention of that when booking. Also the entrance to the hotel from Superior, street entrance cross the street the from parking structure, did not allow of entrance to the hotel, only exit. This seemed odd given this entrance appeared to have been setup with keypad access at one time.」

「Recycling option in addition to the trash bin would be nice. Also, There was only one regular coffee pod and two decaf. There should always be at least two regular. Everything else was great!」

「The room across the hall from me was smoking pot. The smell was so strong that it made my room smell like pot. . I called the front desk and complained, along with several other people. Nothing was done about it that night, despite the front desk person saying she would contact the manager and then get back to me that night. They didn't kick out the people smoking and they continued to party. The next day, I brought it to the attention of another person at the front desk and she did offer me...

The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door...
