「It was good for me 」

「Drove up to a boarded up building. A heads up would have been nice. It threw me off. Staff were professional and dealing with a lot considering the storm. Pictures on line make it appear they have a full gym. They do not, it’s the size of a closet. Hotel could definitely use some updating. 」

「We had a family emergency so we had to leave the first night, therefore did not partake in the breakfast. The day manager that my husband spoke to was so kind and accommodating since we had to cancel our 2 remaining days. The kitchen lacked supplies, the evening mgr said guests steal the flatware, dishes etc. she was able to get flatware & dishes from another room. Bathroom soap, shampoo dispensers were empty, which she filled for us.」

「Was very nice staff was awesome. Was a bummer there was no breakfast but with the room having a kitchen was not that big of a deal all and all great stay would and will it again 」

「Very noisy unable to rest while we were there. No one at the hotel would help we left a night early and when we tried to get help with the cost refund no one will respond and the hotel says they can’t help because Expedia is a “third party app” so there’s no one to assist with issues. The chat feature does nothing. Will NEVER use this app again 」

「This is my second stay here. Both times I said never again. The staff is nice and they sort of TRY with the grounds--dog poop bags which people may use and broken glass and hallways and stairs which need pressure wash. The building is worn out and infused with smoke from years past---it will never be 'smoke free.' It's cheap but not cheap enough. My clothes still smell of smoke 2 days later. Pay a few bucks more and stay aomeplace else,」

「Breakdast food was good but couldn't get a fork to eat it with. Room was clean but TV was left set to Spanish with a very poor remote to try to identify how to change it to English. Four of the direct TV stations were blocked. When I tried to call the front desk for help, the phone was not working. 」

「Me and my wife booked this hotel for one night just to get out of the house and relax and swim. We got to the hotel and the pool was dirty with hair floating in the pool. I fished all of it out with the net they had at the pool and there was a slimy film on top of the whole pool. Nothing was clean in the pool area. We couldn’t even swim if I could put photos on here I would do not recommend this hotel.」
