This property is clean and the personnel take pride in that. Questions arose, but staff could answer everything. The breakfast was hot and the staff made everything available to us. We use the spot when visiting Lake Michigan about 30 minutes away

I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels.

Pool could be warmer, it’s always cold, I think it states heated pool but if not all good, everything else is great. Love the breakfast options, always clean, friendly staff. We always use this hotel when visiting.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was close to everything. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Only tiny complaint is the floors creak as loud as a horror movie scene! LOL We will definitely stay again!

We’ve been staying at this hotel every year for our annual Michigan trip for several years now, and it has become our go-to place to stay. The hotel is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes for a relaxing visit every time. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One thing we especially appreciate is the complimentary breakfast. It’s always well-stocked, and there’s always an attendant making sure everything stays clean, replenishing the food, greeting guests with a smile, and checking to make sure everyone has what they need. Those little interactions really make you feel welcome. It’s the consistent quality and excellent customer service that keep us coming back year after year. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next Michigan trip!
