"Good for a short stay and if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room. The coffee shop was nothing like what it stated online. Reported I had a hard time with the room key when I checked in late night and had to go to the sister hotel to get another key. The person at the front desk didn't seem to even care"

"The hotel has not been updated, and it would’ve been fine, if it was clean, but it wasn’t. There are stains on the carpet, we found someone else’s sock under the bed, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were broken and stained, the tub was lined with mold, and the sink looked like it was falling off the wall. As we were checking in, another guest was complaining about it raining in her room (it was raining outside). You also cannot flush the toilet before showering. I will never stay here again."
