There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues...
