"The resort is an excellent vacation experience! Fernanda, the manager, was so professional. The staff members were so friendly and helpful! The place is so clean. The one thing I didn’t like was the snack food bar by the pool and the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant and the buffet were soooo magnifique though. This resort went way above our expectations. Aldo, the pushy share time sales rep, was really cool overall. Pedro set us up with a great tour to Talum, Cobá, and Cenote! Finally Alma is such a sweetheart. I highly recommend this resort and we think, we may return in November of 2026!!!"

"The breakfast is very good and nice to be able to have it included right on premises. The rooftop pool is also a plus - nice size and lots of loungers and seating area! Great price as well!"

"Rooms were average. There were no towels in our room the first day so we had to request them from the front. There is virtually no service at any of the meals especially breakfast or lunch at the buffet. At dinner, we were lucky to get excellent service from Miguel. The bartender by the pier was always great and so were the towel team by the pool. The store/pharmacy inside the hotel is a rip-off but you pay for the convenience. You can also walk 10 minutes for more stores if you need something that would undoubtedly be less of a rip off. We enjoyed borrowing the snorkelling gear from the resort and did so most of the days. Overall, I believe it’s a place to be if you enjoy snorkelling or water activities like scuba diving and not so much focussed on resort services. "

"There's a 7/11 dowstairs for anything you might need , 10 min from the flag or the clock plaza, restaurants, stores, icecream, local vendors all within walking distance. AC working great kept the room comfortable. Clean rooms Hotel offers coffee, hot water , croissant with butter and jelly and they'll bring a tray to tour room every morning at the time you decide. There is a pool but was too busy to go try it. Overall I recomend it."

"Love everything about this resort. Location, all the staff were very friendly, helpful & so pleasant to be around. The room was perfect for my daughter & I with a large space , comfortable beds & every room has a balcony with a sea view. The pool is great even though we did not get in but loved walking right off the dock to snorkle. Service around the pool was also amazing. Live music 3 nights we were there was fantastic & the absolute best food & view at the restaurant. They also helped organize 2 scooters so we couldnride around the island. Restaurants & shopping all within walking distance. The vibe is wonderful!! We will be back!"

"This was one of the best places we have every stayed. It had a smaller feel and didn't feel busy at all. There were so many areas to sit and enjoy the sun or shade, the staff was top notch and super friendly. We would come back every year if we could!"
