「There was no AC at the property - they were installing units, but hadn't turned them on. Staff was no helpful and didn't provide a fan or anything for cooling the unit during a heat wave. The balcony was covered in bird poop. There was only one extra pillow for the pull out couch. The elevator stopped working after we checked in and we had to take the stairs for the next 3 days. Bathroom and laundry were nice.」
