would absolutely stay again, room was clean, parking was prime, AC was crisp. seriously, why spend extra for a "nice-looking" hotel when you plan to be outside the entire stay?

Clean but very outdated, the toilets have $5.00 seats, and there were some bugs in the tub, including centipedes. Also, there were kids jumping around upstairs, and you can hear this really easily, so if you stay, go for the second floor.

The location is great. Very close to trails and downtown. Very walkable. Sheets and towels were clean - pristine white towels. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the shower pressure was great. The hotel is tired , but we stayed at the end of high season and these hotels get beaten on. The walls needed touch up paint. The floor tiles were newer. There was a load of sand under the doormat when we arrived but the rest of the floors were ok. The owners are clearly working on this property as a whole block of rooms were under renovation.

It was an easy check in and the room is dated, but you can see they are remodeling. The only complaint was the AC, which was too loud and the curtains too long that block the AC. We would stay here again.
