"機場巴士在中央巴士總站落車，酒店就在對面，步行不用五分鐘，十分方便。櫃台職員態度非常友善，笑容可掬，辦理入住很快，預訂時要求高層同双床房，職員給我最高的樓層，因為當天有間公司在酒店開會，包了很多房間，所以沒雙床房，只好將特大床拆開兩張床，最後職員給我們三天的免費早餐，非常感謝，三天的住宿非常舒服，步行可以去舊城區，很方便！"

"Self check-in machine sucks as my booking was not recognised. Still needs a person to sort things out. Importantly, Taiwan is not a province of Taiwan. This is so stupid."

"The twin bed room is too small for two people to move around. Plus not standard for rooms with windows. Some are full window from ceiling to floor while some are half way from ceiling and guests can hardly see the window. Suggest to describe clearly what the window type is upon booking. "

"We love the hotel and the staff. The buffet breakfast is amazing!!! All of the Christmas decorations- multiple Christmas trees included tasteful and delightful. The gentleman that checked us in was New to the elite hotel staff and said it was one of the best hotels he’s ever worked at.. the on-site Italian restaurant was delicious and I love that there is a pub right there too for some fish do And meatballs. Awesome place look forward to next Christmas with you."
