This place was incredible. It is in a highly walkable area with lots to do. The hotel itself is very nice, and has one of the nicest buffet style breakfasts I've ever encountered.

I liked the clean space and the spa area. The Breakfast was fantastic. I can recommend this hotel. The airport bus has a stop very close and the subway is in 10 min walking distance. I can recommend a visit in the opera house and a tour there

A big hotel near Odenplats metro/train station. I requested a room with two beds, got one instead, but we managed. The room was ok. It was pretty warm even in October, but luckily the windows can be opened. Breakfast was good with wide amount of options. Didn’t try the spa, since it was over 500sek per person extra. Feels a bit too expensive for the size of it.

The reason for my poor review has nothing to do with the staff. They were amazing super friendly and really kind. My issue was the room and hotel itself it is dated, dirty and specifically really dusty. The shower and ceilings were so gross. The shower didn’t even operate normally. We also had no heating and the water was cold. The only way you could make the shower warm is if you flushed the toilet. The photos on the website do not show the state and reality of what this hotel really looks like. I unfortunately will never be staying at this hotel again and urge you not to. The staff great but hotel disgusting.

Nice hotel but without aircondition

Nice hotel with a spa. The only negative was that the rooms with windows were without air con. It would have been miserable in +28C heatwave if not been able to change into room without a window (and those are only few). Helpful reception customer service was much appreciated!

Wonderful stay

What a beautiful hotel. It had the best breakfast buffet I've ever been to. There were selections for everything and the food was excellent. The hotel is just outside of the city center, but only a short walk to get to the action. There's a really nice park only a 10 minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, a good hotel with a fair price-performance ratio. The breakfast was very good. The only downside for us was that our two children (11 and 9 years old) were only allowed to use the pool between 8 and 9 in the morning. This time slot is really inconvenient, especially when you’re on vacation. As a result, our whole family had to miss out on the spa experience.

Sewage smell in bathroom

Reasonable cost for what you get. On the pictures it looks nice, but there is nothing appealing about this hotel. Room was a bit run down, and bathroom smelled like sewage. This room should be closed for for guests until it has been fixed. Receptionist staff did not inform about breakfast times, hotel facilities etc at check-in, nor ask how the stay was at check-out. Would not stay here for a romantic weekend or if you are a frequent traveler, but ok if you are in Stockholm to party. Breakfast buffet was good. Not a hotel experience.
