"Fantastic experience. Staff was just amazing. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Ask for train ticket at counter, the hotel sells train tickets at lesser cost than at station. We rented an EV to get around, hotel has plenty of parking and a charging station that we used each day to recharge."

"The apartment was in a lovely quiet area The apartment was spotless and stocked with everything needed for our stay. I received communication saying I was ready to check in and could do so after 3pm. What this communication didn't say was that I would receive another communication at 3pm with the info needed for self check-in."

"The room was modern, clean and well maintained. The bathroom area was somewhat disjointed and small. The modern way the facility was maintained with pads to request service and housekeeping did not work. When we requested our room to be made up and towels exchanged it did not happen, yet the computer showed we did request it. I'm not sure if it was electronic request or human error. The hotel was conveniently located a mere 5-10 minute walking distance from the train station and old town with lots of eating options. Zurich is not a town for the budget minded traveler unless you are willing to eat fast food."
