Wonderful stay @ Zurich Novotel

Without doubt one of the best hotel I stayed during my trip to Switzerland. We were warmly welcomed by the staffs… the room was allocated immediately upon arrival. The staffs were extreamly friendly , flexible restaurant… nice ambiance’s.

Good hotel located close to Hardbrucke train station (7-10 minutes walk) which is 10 minutes from airport or city centre. There is a big Co-op nearby which is very convenient. Swimming pool opens until 11pm which allows flexible plans for customer. Overall a good stay and decent choice for travellers in Zurich

Staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, there were 2 coffee machine, but weren’t enough for this busy hotel and one of them was faulty. The pool was small but clean. Overall decent for 4 star hotel.

Great location for easy access in and out of the city without being caught up in the centre. Felt welcomed from check in to checking out, staff were all very polite. Room was a good size with good facilities on site, a very pleasant stay.
