We wanted an easy stay because we just arrived and were tired and it made our first few days very stressful to be in London. 」

The hotel is located near to an underground station and it is very convenient to travel. There is free parking for us to park our car. When we first arrived, we are impressed by the warm welcome of the staff and the user-friendly design of the facilities. The quality of the breakfast is good and we enjoyed very much. 」

Did not receive any check in information until the morning of the stay, despite messaging a couple of weeks before and it was difficult to find the correct contact info for the place. 」

「The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.」
