「Everything was great except for the staff levels. The dining room, bar and even reception area seemed to be trying to function on a shortage of bodies. They did they best they could and were brilliant but it wasn't fair to see them trying to cover everything 」

「Parking was terrible. No room for the car. We finally squeezed one in after 45 min of going back and forth an inch at a time. No instructions received through Expedia or email for check in. Subway went by every few minutes very noisy. Key to room didn't open the door. We wanted an easy stay because we just arrived and were tired and it made our first few days very stressful to be in London. 」

「We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall experience is very good and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is located near to an underground station and it is very convenient to travel. There is free parking for us to park our car. When we first arrived, we are impressed by the warm welcome of the staff and the user-friendly design of the facilities. The quality of the breakfast is good and we enjoyed very much. 」

「The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.」

「Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel offers an excellent location right next to the Watford Junction station, and a 5-muinutes walk to the Watford High Street. The room was clean and well-maintained. We opted for the breakfast and it was a good choice. Not a wide food selection but everything served was of great quality. Very nice coffee too! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.」

「Staff were fantastic. We had to get moved out of our first room due to bad sewer smell from bathroom. The second room was dated, dilapidated. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out. Not sure why more money isn’t being spent on the “servant quarters” bedrooms as this place had a great reputation. Maybe some of the...
