「We enjoyed our stay at this pub. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing! This is a very old pub building but is cosy and comfortable with a lovely friendly atmosphere, we would definitely go again!」

「Clean room, good car park - would stay again. Only criticism was that the superior room I was upgraded to had 2 beds stuck together, which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.」

「First thing we saw on entering the room were several quite big green (ink?) stains on the carpet. A lovely big bed but only 2 small pillows, so had to ask for more. The room was very hot and although we found a fan it didn’t get below 26 degrees the 3 nights we were there, outside not over 22 degrees in the day! We went to the Restaurant our first night and waited 30 mins for a drink. The food was not good and loud party of golfers drove us to the bar. Not much better so took wine to our room....

「What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

「The property had staff that were helpful and polite we arrived early and the chap let us check in and order us a taxi to get into town . When it was late he kept us informed. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed . The shower products were lovely . The breakfast selection was fab and the morning staff were chatty. The hotel needs a complete overhaul it is dated and tired looking which I can imagine is disappointing for the staff that work hard . They deserve...

「Friendly & courteous welcome at reception. Room was well equipped, clean, warm (ideal for a winter stay) with wndows that open if required. Microwave as well as kettle supplied and a litre bottle of water! Full choice for Breakfast was included and cooked fresh not a buffet type! 2nd time of staying and will use again if I am in the area or using Norwich Airport - Short Taxi ride. A relaxed,quiet atmosphere - very comfortable stay. 」
