「What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

「We were sent to a room that was already occupied !! Only upon entering we encountered a man coming out the shower as surprised as we were It took another 45 minutes to sort a room and at no time did anyone say sorry!」

「Evening meal a bit like faulty towers; eg, waiter knocked drink over & expected us to pay for replacement, (no, we didn’t). Large, dark stains on all carpets. Breakfast was a fiasco; had to request many essentials, eg teaspoon, tea pot, milk, tea bags, etc. The bar ran out of beer/lager every night. I could go on, but not enough space or time. Essentially I believe many faults were down to staff shortages.」
