Lovely quirky inn in the countryside. Great hosts and spacious rooms. The locally sourced food was lovely (inc The best full English I have ever experienced) and a good selection of drinks to top it off.
We were made to feel very welcome. The food is excellent, local suppliers clearly listed. Extensive wine list.
Outside area for drinks and dinner is attractive.
Very friendly staff
We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.
Anyone visiting Norfolk must consider staying at this hotel. The food is excellent and the breakfasts quite amazing. The Host and his Staff are just the very best.
We had a lovely few days at the Saracen’s Head. It’s in a very quiet location and great for access to the North Norfolk coast, with lovely walks all around as well. The bed and room were really comfortable and breakfasts excellent. We enjoyed a great dinner there too. Thank you Tim!
Had a lovely overnight stay; we received a warm welcome & our room was comfortable & stylish. Staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. Dinner was amazing! Beautifully presented & each course was delicious. Would highly recommend!
Fabulous dog friendly spot in the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
Tim was a fantastic host who has thought of everything. Large and comfortable room, luxury bedding and ensuite bathroom.
Delicious breakfast served in the beautiful courtyard garden.
Lovely hotel and a friendly welcome. Room spacious and well-appointed. Sadly I did not find out until I had booked, that the restaurant and bar weren't open. Would have been ideal if, after a day of exploring, you could return to the hotel for an evening meal and a drink.
The Saracen’s Head was excellent. The welcome, the room and the food was superb.
My breakfast was certainly one of the best I have ever had.
We had evening meals two nights and they were also brilliant.
They use local produce which was fresh and tasty.
Well do to you and your team
Excellent from start to finish Warm welcome from Tim and Robbie. Room spacious and clean. Bathroom spotless and spacious. Very accomodating for our two little dogs (even after one of them was a bit naughty at dinner on Friday).
Food was amazing big shout out to the chef Jake, keep enjoying your rugby.
All in all a great experience would recommend to all but especially dog owners.
Thank you for a memorable weekend hope to return ahain soon.

Fabulous Norfolk Inn just peace and quiet
Located as the Pub says in the "Middle of Nowhere" "In the middle of everywhere". A fabulous location in Norfolk about 15 minutes drive from Holt and the North Norfolk Railway by a maze of little country roads. No traffic noise just peace and quiet. The food is very good and the suppliers to the pub are listed on a large blackboard in the bar, all are very local, worth mentioning are the Smoked Salmon, Sausages, Bacon and Black Pudding all top notch, Large garden to sit in on sunny days with access to the bar of course.
Lovely location and warm welcoming and exceptionally accommodating staff. Fine locally sourced food, well presented.
A calm quiet and peaceful environment we felt privileged to enjoy.
Despite their warnings about limited Wi-Fi we had a good 4G signal!
A flying visit, arriving late and leaving early. Welcoming and comfortable, however the overwhelming standout and the reason that I will definitely return is the food - dinner and breakfast were both exceptional.
