「New and friendly hotel 」

「Great stay! The room was clean and exactly as described. The location is outstanding and made getting around very easy. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely book again when I’m in the area.」

「非常糟糕的一天，首先是櫃檯沒有人，電話溝通後等了大概15分鐘，再來是房間居然有窗戶沒有窗簾，而這件房間在二樓；晚上九點了，在床頭正上方的冷氣壞掉了，而且結露滴水，得等一個小時維修，要求換房一直說沒有房間，等到我另外訂房要求退費又說有房間了？！櫃檯很辛苦，主要是一直不在現場的主管太糟糕，不願意立刻為房客解決問題。補充過程中是越南朋友在現場協助溝通，所以不是語言的問題。」

「Pros: - Good Breakfast, both portion and quality - Room was generally clean - Staff spoke English well and were friendly Cons: - Bed was too hard, not comfortable - No separation of shower area, making it quite wet to use sink after shower - Location was in middle of nowhere (located in narrow small streets, next to field) and there was extremely limited view. Hard to see any river or lake. - Balcony faced a building in construction at a very near distance, which blocked all the view. -...
