「Parking was good. The shuttle to Mayo was very helpful. With all the construction going on, it was great to be let off right at the door. The breakfast - I didn't really like having to take the cold food from the frig and heat it in the microwave. There were many trying to use at the same time. The elevator system was odd getting to the 4th floor」

「Had the family suite and was surprised to find it had a half bath, a kitchenette and living room besides the 2 queen beds and full bath in a separate room for a great price! Also, right off the pool. The pool was great! Really nice for families with all age levels as there is a kiddie pool with a little slide and the big pool with big slide AND a hot tub for my oldest child (aka the hubby). Breakfast wasn’t great but there were a lot of people and it’s hard to keep up being that busy. The staff...

「Great location, great service, with access to Mayo Clinic via underground access. Only issue is there always seems to be minor issues with the rooms. Broken bathroom door once , TV access failed once, no soap once, —-the Tavern downstairs had a person who spoke no English and could not make him understand. The Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is EXCELLENT. Quite walkable to the city as well. 」

「Nice and quiet rooms」

「Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips!」

「The sink in our room, water prerssure was very slow. The cold & Hot water Faucet had hardly any water coming out of the spout and it was coming out very slow. The Shower worked just fine.」
