「The room was filthy and every time I asked for it to be cleaned and clean he floor to be mopped it wouldn’t get done so I stopped asking. The bathroom door handle was broken which let me know the room was not checked for quality control. Very dissatisfied with the stay.」

「The room had good amenities, but it doesn’t make sense to have to pay a fee to have your dog there and they did not clean your room. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire time we were there so I could not get any work done on my laptop. They also put us in the third floor walk up with no elevator so it was difficult for my 73-year-old mom to go up and down..」
