「Since our last stay here a number a years ago, it seems the hotel is not as kept up as it was. The staff are unfriendly, the hotel is showing wear and could use an update. There was no water to make coffee in the room, not a good suit,y of towels or even toilet paper. For what is paid for a room now a days these items should be well stocked. Disappointed and will go back to staying at one of the hotels nearby when attending a concert at the casino」

「Check in was an hour and a half late. We went a half hour after check in - check in was 3pm and we went at 3:30pm. It look us an hour to get up to the desk and one of our rooms were not ready. The staff was not accommodating at all. I had booked two rooms asking that they be close together and they were on completely separate sides of the hotel. We asked for a discount off our hotel because of all of the frustration (we were travelling with my parents who needed help to get to their room which...

「The room was excellent - up to date, very comfortable and clean. The full breakfast buffet excellent as was the service on the restaurant.」
