The property itself is a simple, one-story, 10-unit motel of the "mom & pop" types that began being common in the U.S. in the 1950's. The room and bathroom were both clean and well-furnished with no functional problems. What stood out was the character of the couple running the place; warm, friendly, helpful.

This is an old fashioned motel. The owners are updating many features and are very hard-working enthusiastic people. They value cleanliness. The location is at the top of Fundy Park so you have to drive through the park to reach Alma the main centre. it is on the Bay, Ten minutes away in Sussex is a really good Sushi restaurant. The owners will let you know which of the two is best.

Très bel hébergement pour le prix. Propre et climatisé. Terrain agréable où s'assir pour le déjeuner en écoutant les oiseaux même si nous sommes près de la route. Mon coup de coeur est le personnel. Je ne connais pas le nom du monsieur qui nous accueilli et qui nous a servi le déjeuner, mais je le remercie pour sa merveilleuse gentillesse.

We spent 1 night here as part of our travels. The room was very clean, bed comfy, fridge & microwave, & a toaster, too. Coffee was in the office, which was convenient. Hosts were wonderful, helpful, friendly, and we had eggs made to order for breakfast.

My best friend and I stayed here last night and found the place to be clean and comfortable. They greated us upon arrival. Showed us to our room. Very sweet couple. Prepared breakfast before we left. Very sweet couple. Would definitely stay here again.
