We did a last minute stop in Shediac and were able to book into Hotel Shediac. We are so happy we did! The room was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was great. My husband and I stayed at Hotel Shediac for 2 nights and we were extremely impressed with everything about it! Very upscale and modern, No carpet at all! The bed was super comfortable and clean! The patio off of our room was an added bonus to sit out and enjoy morning coffee made right in our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We are already looking forward to our return next year!

It's a newer hotel in a good location and the service was great. The problem was with the laundry room. After a cycle in the dryer lasting 90 minutes on High heat, the clothes were still damp. After informing the person at reception, we were told it usually takes a little more drying time for a full load as the machines aren't that good. So we pay again and it takes 90 minutes more to dry! It is not a timed dryer, so you need to wait until it stops. After complaining to the manager that we couldn't wait another 3 hours for the second load to dry, they put it into one of their commercial dryers and it was done in 20 minutes. We ended up wasting half the morning on laundry and couldn't get to one of the
