「The property was ok. I would have liked to use my paddle board on the water but was unable to. Also it would have been nice to see more of the water. No real places to walk or cycle」

「Clean modern room, with nice bar and lobby. A very small parking area, but you can park near with low price. Coffee at breakfast was bad.」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「The spa facilities were closed, we were in in February and it was closed then too. The room was good and enjoyed the air conditioning in the room. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The room was clean and the service staff made our bed up, they changed the cups in the room but not the glasses which was a pity. Overall it was a good place to stay.」

「The location is excellent - so close to the castle and cathedral. There are two very good real ale pubs just down the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. We were lucky enough to get free parking the whole of the week. The weather was hot, so air-conditioning would have been nice, although its a listed building so probably a challenge.」
