「The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.」

「I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. 」

「Beach view is great no complaints Air conditioning was horrible room didn't get cool at all had to sleep with balcony door open (April) Staff was extremely rude after requesting towels multiple times and having to go get them myself house keeping showed up while I was in the shower banging on the door like they were the police mind you the beach was on lock down with a mandatory curfew due to the high crime going on in Virginia Beach I had to jump out of the shower with only a hand towel...

「Hotel is dated. Mirrors everywhere including behind the toilet. Awkward. The hotel was clean. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly. The pool and hot tub area was clean and nice. The only complaint we had was the mattress in the bedroom which was worn out and uncomfortable. Taller vehicles may not clear the parking garage. A few spots for oversized vehicles were available in front of the hotel if not taken by compact cars. It was close on my Jeep Wrangler. 」
