「I'll start this review by acknowledging that the staff were great. They were very helpful and friendly in general. The first room we were given was disgusting. The inside of the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The shower was dirty with mildew and the whole room smelled like mold and was just generally damp. When we flushed the toilet, the pipes were loud and sounded reminiscent of a generator running behind the walls. And this sound persisted for at least 5 minutes after...

「The four pools plus hot tub, the room was clean, loved the beach view and the easy walk to the beach. The staff were wonderful, cheerful and very helpful.」

「I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. 」

「Breakers Resort is really bad. We stayed a while back, and decided to stay again. HUGE MISTAKE. It was sold and the staff were the worst. Even one of the housekeeper had a big mouth. Was talking to another guest who was waiting to check in and the guy who has very bushy hair said "why don't you just cancel " Asked him if he wanted to pay me back fine. The girl at the desk made one mistake after another, even when I called a couple of days before. Was looking at the wrong dates smh. Said I...
