「Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. 」

「Great location location. That’s where it ends. Property needs repairs (door handles falling off, hole in door patched over with masking tape, broken towel rail, dirty marks on walls, gouges out of plaster on walls, carpet wrinkled/loose. Had a “surprise” $100 fee to my card directly from ABC accomodation - rang and questioned them - pointed out the extra “cleaning fee” was not mentioned at booking, on my reservation, on my invoice, at checkin or after checkout. Lastminute couldn’t help as it was...

墨爾本亞特蘭蒂斯飯店

墨爾本亞特蘭蒂斯飯店

8/10 不錯哦
"The room was very spacious, and although the facilities were basic, they were sufficient. However, the alarm clock by the bed was terrible. It suddenly went off at midnight, then again at 12.10 am and 12.20 am, disturbing my sleep. I couldn’t turn it off. And we need to wake up early to catch the flight at 4.00am. Not happy."
