Bright is the gateway to some of Victoria’s most breathtaking mountain scenery. Base your trip in Bright and pick from hiking, mountain biking, kayaking or skiing adventures. Traverse fragrant eucalyptus forests, grassy heathland, scenic plateaus and snow gum groves in Mount Buffalo National Park and Alpine National Park. Bright is situated on the Great Alpine Road, approximately 3.5-hours’ drive from Melbourne via the Hume Highway. Reach Bright via the regional V/Line railway service via Wangaratta. Very spacious apartment. Would cater for 6 people easy. Full sized kitchen. Close to shops. Clean and tidy. Very comfortable. BBQ area was great to use. Parking for every unit under carport. Use of washing machine in unit. Would definitely stay again.

Chestnuts, walks and relaxation
Enjoyed collecting and roasting chestnuts picked from the grounds. Quiet. Lovely deciduous trees which are mature size. Good quality fittings and soaps and lotions which adds to the experience. Drove to the surrounding mountains and nut groves. Autumn is a great time to enjoy Bright.
