「A very comfortable twin share room with two beds including one queen sized bed. Couldn’t fault the room, the greeting at reception, however during the depths of Winter, arriving at 6.30pm, having the front window shut and perhaps some low setting of heating would have been more inviting on arrival. 「Easy to locate, so close to central Bright, all within walking distance. The check-in process was quick and easy, we were given a lovely room upstairs with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom had been renovated, which was a welcome treat. We had two comfortable couch chairs, a TV with Netflix, small table & chairs for eating, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities etc. The only criticism is that the mattress probably needs upgrading.
